Terms of service
Last updated 22 October 2026
These terms govern your use of GymPlan, a Shopify app made by Galaxy Fitness. By installing or using the app you agree to them.
The service
GymPlan adds a workout planner block to a merchant's Shopify online store. Shoppers answer a short quiz and get a weekly plan with exercise videos and product recommendations from the merchant's catalog. Merchants get order attribution reporting and, on the Pro plan, AI product tagging.
Eligibility
GymPlan is for merchants with a Shopify store. By using it you confirm that you can enter into a binding agreement for your business.
Plans, billing and trials
- Free. $0, 50 workout plans per month, with a "Powered by GymPlan" link.
- Growth. $19 per month or $190 per year, 1,000 workout plans per month, no branding.
- Pro. $49 per month or $490 per year, unlimited workout plans, AI product tagging and priority support.
Paid plans start with a 14-day free trial. Prices are in USD and billed through Shopify (Shopify App Pricing), so charges appear on your Shopify invoice. Plan limits apply per shop per month. You can cancel at any time by uninstalling the app or changing plan in the Shopify admin. Refunds follow Shopify's billing terms. We do not give partial refunds for unused time unless the law requires it.
Acceptable use
You may not use GymPlan to break the law or infringe the rights of others, to publish harmful or deceptive content, to bypass the security or plan limits of the app, to copy, resell or extract the exercise media, or to reverse engineer the app except where the law allows it.
Merchant responsibilities
You are responsible for your storefront, your products and prices, and your compliance with consumer and privacy laws. You must give your customers any notices and obtain any consents the law requires. GymPlan records analytics only after a shopper accepts them through the store's cookie banner.
Fitness disclaimer
Plans are general fitness guidance built from a few quiz answers. They are not medical advice and do not replace a doctor or a qualified coach. Shoppers exercise at their own risk and should seek professional advice before starting a program, especially if they have an injury or a health condition.
Exercise media license
The exercise videos and images are licensed to you for display inside GymPlan only. You may not download, redistribute or use them anywhere else. If you point the app at your own clips, they remain yours and you confirm you have the rights to use them.
Availability and changes
We work to keep GymPlan available but do not promise uninterrupted service. We may update the app and these terms. When we change the terms we update the date at the top of this page, and continued use after that means you accept the change.
Limitation of liability
GymPlan is provided "as is", without warranties to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, Galaxy Fitness is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost sales, or for injuries arising from a shopper following a plan. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for GymPlan in the 12 months before the claim.
Termination
You can stop using GymPlan at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms or misuse the app. After uninstall we delete your shop's data as described in the privacy policy and in the data processing addendum below.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, where Galaxy Fitness is based. Rights that cannot be waived under the law where you live are not affected.

Data processing addendum
This addendum applies to personal data that Galaxy Fitness processes for a merchant through GymPlan, and forms part of the terms above.
- Roles. The merchant is the controller. Galaxy Fitness is the processor and acts on the merchant's documented instructions, which are the use of the app and these terms.
- Purpose. Providing the workout planner, product tagging, order attribution reporting and plan limits.
- Data categories. Merchant data: shop domain, access token and staff email from Shopify. Product data used for tagging. For orders that contain GymPlan line items only: order id, item count, revenue, currency and the placement that sold them. Shopper data: a plan seed in a first-party cookie or customer metafield and, only with consent, an anonymous id and event counts without IP address. Per shop, an aggregate monthly count of plans created, with no shopper data, used for plan limits.
- Subprocessors. Cloudflare (CDN for exercise videos and the website), OVHcloud (VPS hosting for the app server and database) and Shopify (platform).
- Security. Data in transit uses TLS. Order ids are encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM) with a keyed hash for lookup. Access is limited to authorised staff, and we collect only the data needed: no customer names, emails or addresses from orders.
- Retention. Analytics events are deleted after 13 months. Order attribution records are deleted after 25 months. On
shop/redact, sent 48 hours after uninstall, everything stored for the shop is deleted. Oncustomers/redact, the shopper's order records are deleted. - Data subject requests. We handle them through Shopify's mandatory privacy webhooks. For other requests, merchants can write to [email protected] and we will help.
- Breach notification. We notify the merchant without undue delay after becoming aware of a personal data breach affecting their data.
- Deletion on termination. When a merchant uninstalls GymPlan, all data for the shop is deleted as described under retention.
- International transfers. Our subprocessors may process data in countries other than the merchant's. Where the law requires it, we use appropriate safeguards for those transfers.
